A cohort is the group of patients a query defines; your study has as many cohorts as it has queries. TriNetX gives you several ways to explore one cohort. To browse a cohort, select its query so it displays in the Query Builder.
Explore Cohort
Explore Cohort displays the demographics and the prevalence of selected diagnoses, procedures, medications, and labs for the patients in the cohort.
Analyze Criteria
Analyze Criteria helps you judge the feasibility of your eligibility criteria. Select your most important term(s) first, for example Heart Failure, then add the remaining parameters. Each funnel level shows one criterion's impact on the patient population.
Rate of Arrival
Rate of Arrival predicts how many patients will fit your criteria in the coming year, with a monthly average based on historical data.
Summary Statistics
Summary Statistics shows basic fact counts for your cohort, and the geographic distribution of those facts when you use a larger research network.
