Clinical Research Storage
Centrally managed, secure SMB folder shares provisioned per IRB-approved clinical research study โ access gated by CITI training and IRB listing.
About Clinical Research Storage
The Clinical Research R: drive provides centrally managed and secure SMB folder shares, as specified, per individual IRB-approved clinical research study. Access depends on CITI training completion and being listed on the IRB approval.
How to request
- Submit a request through TeamDynamix to create research share folders.
- Identify the PI โ whose name becomes the main folder โ with subfolders established per study.
- List every IRB-approved study team member's SBUID for security provisioning, including your own.
Example use case
A computer science professor collaborated with radiologists to develop diagnostic algorithms using de-identified imaging and corresponding radiology reports, with proper IRB clearance, in a designated clinical research share.
