Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to meet the requirements of Section 508. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort, not a one-time checkpoint.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML landmarks and a "skip to main content" link on every page
- Keyboard operability for menus, filters, accordions, and interactive tools
- Visible focus indicators and sufficient color contrast
- Text alternatives for images and icons; status is never conveyed by color alone
- Responsive, resizable layouts that reflow to 400% zoom
Known limitations
Some linked documents (PDFs) and third-party platforms (REDCap, TriNetX, OnCore, Box) are maintained outside this site and may not fully meet the same standard. We work with those vendors on accessibility and can provide assistance obtaining content in an accessible format.
