BOX offers file storage, sharing, and document collaboration you can reach from anywhere, at any time, on any device with an internet connection. Share documents within the university community and externally, add comments, assign tasks, and co-create documents.

Sensitive data: BOX meets federal guidelines and Stony Brook Medicine compliance requirements, so it can hold confidential and restricted data — including PHI and PII — with institutional approval, granted case by case. Do not store personal data in an institutional BOX account.

  2. Log in at stonybrookmedicine.box.com with your UHMC or NetID credentials.
