Sharing outside Stony Brook
You can collaborate with external partners: they receive an invitation and set up their own Box login. Institutional data still follows institutional policy — external collaboration on confidential or restricted data must meet compliance requirements.
Deleted something? All activity in Box is logged, and accidentally deleted data can be restored within 90 days — request a restore through an Enterprise Account administrator.
