Proposal consultation
The RCI team helps identify study technology and personnel support requirements, determine available campus resources and associated costs, provide specifications and cost estimates for grant budgets, and respond to peer-review IT recommendations.
Letters of support
RCI provides letters outlining services and commitment. Request at least one month before your deadline with: a study abstract draft, a draft support letter with requested services, and a summary of IT budget items.
Grant review
At the Just-in-Time (JIT) documents stage, the team reviews Data Management and Sharing Plans to help summarize data types, identify repositories, and develop archiving strategies.
Onboarding support
At study startup, RCI provides technical specifications, cost estimates, vendor coordination, and guidance on appropriate university storage solutions.
