Every OnCore user gets a role that matches the work they do on a study. The role decides what you can see and change, so it pays to get it right when the account is set up. We can help you identify the ideal access for your new user to do their work.
The four roles
Study Coordinator
- Register participants and track accruals
- Manage subject calendars and visits
- Record deviations and SAEs
Data Manager
- Maintain study data
- Support reporting
Finance Manager
- Bill industry sponsors
- Manage billing for subject trial procedures
Regulatory Manager
- Track IRB approval status
- Maintain regulatory documentation
How the roles fit together
A research coordinator registers study participants, tracks their progress in the study, and may document deviations and SAEs. A project-specific regulatory specialist tracks the IRB approval status, and finance bills industry sponsors for subject trial procedures, all in the same system.
