Specializes in high-performance scientific computing, with a particular focus on modeling the photochemistry of molecules and nanomaterials and nonadiabatic molecular dynamics. He earned his Ph.D. in Computational Chemistry (2020) from Texas Christian University โ receiving the Outstanding Ph.D. Dissertation Award โ following an M.Sc. and M.Phil in Chemistry from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. A former postdoctoral researcher under Prof. Benjamin G. Levine at Stony Brook and lecturer at GC University Lahore (Best Teacher Award, 2014), he was a finalist for the NVIDIA GPU Award at the Fall 2023 ACS national meeting for GPU-accelerated methods simulating ultrafast spectra, and contributes to the NSF Center for Adapting Flaws into Features.
