Hypothesis-driven research

  • Requires IRB approval
  • Analysis-ready clinical data, including imaging data
  • Preliminary data to be transformed and analyzed
  • Medical record numbers for chart review

Prospective trials

  • Requires IRB approval
  • Datasets for statistical analysis and supplemental study data
  • Potential study participant contact information for HIPAA-compliant research study recruitment
Note: the Data Request Form is accessible only from within the hospital network, and most requests require IRB approval before data can be released. Requests are submitted through Health System Reporting. See Clinical Research Data Requests.
