Update: maintenance moved to October 5

The Campus Operations team has postponed the electrical maintenance by one week because of the recent storm.

The hbm queues and the xeonmax login node will now go offline starting at 5:00 PM on Monday, October 5. We expect them to be back up by noon on Tuesday, October 6, as long as the electrical work finishes on time.

We have just been notified of scheduled electrical maintenance on the circuits feeding the data center that houses SeaWulf's Intel Sapphire Rapids 96-core nodes. In anticipation of this maintenance, the hbm queues and the xeonmax login node will go offline starting at 5:00 PM on Monday, September 28. We expect the system to be back up by noon on Tuesday, September 29, pending timely completion of the electrical maintenance.
