Current Version

FSL 5.0.10 is available on SeaWulf as a module.  This can be accessed by:

module load fsl/5.0.10

 

FDT Submission Scripts

For FDT submission scripts you must set the FSLMACHINELIS environment variable with the following command:

export FSLMACHINELIS=awk 'NR%2{{printf "%s ",$0;next;}}1' $SLURM_NODELIST
