This service assists investigators with reviewing de-identified or limited datasets that they would like to share with external parties, such as outside collaborators or public repositories to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Once we have reviewed the dataset, we can confirm the extent to which the data can be shared or suggest corrections.

This service is by request only. For data sharing with outside the original IRB approved study team, a data use agreement should be in place unless the intended shared data are collected directly from study participants who have consented for the data sharing.
A clinical oncologist and his research team just completed a phase III clinical trial, 10% of study participants were recruited locally and the final analyses were completed and the manuscript is accepted by the publisher and the publisher requests the data used for primary analysis made available for verification.
